About This Home
A house shaped by time.
There are houses that feel new.
And then there are houses that feel like they have a story to tell.
Echoes of Stone was created around the contrast between old and new – ancient stone walls, dramatic arches and forgotten architectural details combined with a sophisticated, contemporary interior.
Dark stone, warm wood, books, art and elegant furniture give the house a timeless atmosphere, while the surrounding ruins and mature landscaping make it feel as though the property has existed here for generations.
I wanted this build to feel a little mysterious – almost like you have discovered a forgotten piece of history and given it a new life.
