When you download creations by Soulsistersims you hereby agree to be bound by the following: 

• Please do not modify my Properties. You must always acknowledge me as the creator of the Properties
• Please do not claim my creations and/or pictures as your own.
• Please do not reupload my builds to the EA Gallery.
• Please do not sell my creations.
• Please do not claim my creations and/or pictures as your own.

You may use my properties for your story’s or as inspiration but you have to mention Soulsistersims and the link to the original. 

Legal Notice:

Soulsistersims cannot be held responsible for disfunction of creations due to incompatibility with game patches, game versions, corrupted save files, illegal copies of The Sims 4.

Please share your mods folder
Definitely no.

Why can’t I find your properties in the gallery?
Because I don’t upload my properties to the gallery!

How are houses installed?
You download the complete house (YouTube, link is in the description).
In the file you will find a mods folder and several other files.
The things in the mods folder you have to put into your mods folder from the
Insert game.
With most of them it is located under: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4
Unfortunately I can’t say how it looks like with the Mc users.
The other files are the so called Tray Files, which you put into the Tray Folder
of your game.
You will find it just like the Mods folder :Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4
Also activate the “moveobjects” cheat before placing the Lots.

I have installed the house but cannot see it in the gallery, what should I do?
In the gallery there is an option in the left sidebar: Custom Content. That must be activated.

What is your name in the gallery?
The same as everywhere - Soulsistersims

Which CC do I need for the house?
With the exception of a few exceptions, all the CC’s that I used are always included in the zip file. And if not then the required CC are listed.

Are the CC’s also included in the download?
Yes, as already written above.

Why is the apartment / house half empty or completely empty?
Mostly after the game updates there are problems with the CC’s. Therefore, it may not be compatible with the Game version are. Unfortunately I have not found a solution on the net.

Do I have to update my game to use the properties?
Yes, in most cases. My game updates itself, so it is always guaranteed that it is up to date.

Why are some CC highlighted in red and cannot be placed?
This means that you only have recolors of the mesh in the game but the mesh is missing. Since I use a lot of CC I can’t look after every mesh.
In the game you can see where the mesh is from and search for it with google.

My Sims cannot enter the house, I receive an error message. What to do?
Well, I can’t answer that because all pc / laptops are different. I am not technically proficient that I can simply analyze it.
Please use the search function in your browser or go to the EA Games website and ask about this error message.

Error code: 132:46bd3af9c82fc3b6 appears
The CC’s of Dearnon are not compatible after the last updates and cause this error code But other CC’s can also be broken. In my case it is only the CC’s of Dearnon.

You are not allowed to sell other people’s CC, why are you on Patreon?
Patreon is free and always will be. I am not selling my properties. The site is only used to support Soulsistersims.

Why don’t my Sims use the front door but always go through the back entrance?
Unfortunately, I found that not all CC doors work anymore . In this case, just replace it.

How big is your mods folder?
Over 40 GB until now but new ones are added every day
