Hidden among the industrial shadows of San Myshuno stands Foundry No.9, once a lively neighborhood diner known as The Old Salt House. Years ago, its windows glowed late into the night, the neon sign flickered above the entrance, and the smell of coffee and freshly cooked meals drifted into the surrounding streets.

But time has not been kind to this place.

The paint has peeled away, ivy has taken over the walls, rust creeps across the metal structures, and the old shutters have remained closed for far too long. Forgotten furniture, scattered debris, and remnants of another time tell the story of a building that has seen better days.

Some say the diner closed after its owner disappeared without a trace. Others claim that strange things began happening after midnight, and that nobody who worked there ever wanted to talk about those final days.

Now, Foundry No.9 stands between the past and the present — a forgotten piece of San Myshuno with a story of its own.

Would you dare to step inside after dark?

GAME VERSION & FUNCTIONALITY

My game has been updated to the latest patch, and I have not encountered any issues with the mods used for this build.

However, if you experience missing textures or other CC-related issues, you may need to run your custom content through Sims 4 Studio and check for compatibility with the current game version.

The lot has been tested for functionality. Please remove the Video Recording Station on the first floor, as my Sims were unable to walk past it properly.

INSTALLATION GUIDE

1. Download the lot and the required mods.
2. Extract the downloaded mods archive.
3. Place the mod and CC files in your Sims 4 Mods folder.
4. Place the Tray files in your Sims 4 Tray folder.
5. Launch The Sims 4 and open the Gallery.
6. Enable Include Custom Content in the Gallery filters.
7. Find Foundry No.9 and place the lot in your game.

Make sure Mods and Custom Content are enabled in your game settings. Restart the game if necessary.
