🖤 Midnight on the 13th

 

On the thirteenth floor of a towering skyscraper, hidden above the sleeping city, lives a witch named Crowbane.

Her home is a place of dark secrets, flickering candles, ancient spellbooks, and shadows that move on their own.

They say Crowbane was once human, until she made a terrible bargain with the darkness in exchange for eternal life.

Now, every year, on the thirteenth night of October, she performs a mysterious ritual.

Thirteen candles are lit. The ancient spellbook opens by itself. And something begins to stir behind the shadows.

Tonight, something is different.

There are fourteen shadows on the wall.

And Crowbane is smiling.

Because after centuries of waiting, the thing she summoned long ago has finally returned.

So, if the elevator stops on the thirteenth floor at midnight…

Do not open the door.

Because tonight, something has come home.

🛠️ INSTALLATION GUIDE

1. Install the House

• Download the house files.
• If the files are packed in a ZIP or RAR archive, extract them first.
• Copy all the extracted Tray files into your Sims 4 Tray folder.

Tray folder location:

Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray

The Tray files usually include .trayitem, .blueprint, and .bpi files. Keep all the files together.

⚙️ IMPORTANT NOTES

• Make sure you have all the required packs installed. Without them, some objects or details may be missing.
• Custom content is required to recreate the build as shown in my screenshots.
• Reshade is optional and only affects the visual appearance of the game.
• My game is fully updated, and I have tested the build with my current game setup. I have not encountered any broken CC issues.
